My name is Manon Stijnen-Helleman. I was born and raised in The Netherlands.
Over the past 20 years I have worked in large corporate organizations in international roles in Commerce, Executive Recruitment and Talent Management.
At ABN AMRO, I have set up and managed the Executive Recruitment & Succession Management processes for their Global Management Teams.
I was Divisional Manager for the Financial Services sector at Michael Page International, recruiting, training and coaching a multicultural team team of recruitment consultants. Prior to this I have set up a branch in Germany for Top Employers Institute and managed several European project teams.
I hold a Master of Business Administration and I am a Certified Trainer in communication and managements skills
Recently I went through a process of change myself when deciding on the next step in my own career. When thinking of what I love to do most, I realized that I often lose track of time in interesting conversations with clients and candidates or when facilitating workshops or presenting. I am in a flow when I am gaining knowledge or am able to share it. Also I find myself happiest and energized working in international teams and love to communicate in other languages.
Suddenly the next step seemed so obvious and this is why I started MY Career Company. It allows me to share my 20 years of expertise and experience in a meaningful way and keep learning and developing myself at the same time.
